Personnel and sharing of online complaints- Staff complaints on social media. 


 










I think that internet service providers should have a responsibility to block sites and content that will cause offence to people and doesn't have a point behind the post.

Personnel should be mindful about what they put on social media as it can result in the person losing their job if they harshly criticise the company they work for or the job they do. This is the case for Kaitlyn Walls as she posted on Facebook that she hates being around kids and hated her job role as a employee in a day care centre.
