Explain why personnel should be mindful of what they put on social media?

Personnel should be mindful about what they put on social media as it can result in the person losing their job if they harshly criticise the company they work for or the job they do. This is the case for Kaitlyn Walls as she posted on Facebook that she hates being around kids and hated her job role as a employee in a day care centre. Subsequently, the day care centre fired her from her job understandably as you don’t want someone working in that environment who doesn’t want to be there.
